IN SEARCH OF NESSIE...

and my Gaelic roots...

It's not always what you do, but the way you do it.
It's the difference between going through the motions and putting your heart into it with a little gusto.
Like they say, the dancer who is most enjoyable to watch is the dancer who is enjoying themselves the most.
I spent a day with a man who invited us into his world...
His name is Alan Fee.
He drives his bus like a Jedi warrior.
Here is Alan in his office, his comfort zone...after over 400 miles of two lane, winding road driving, while narrating the scenery, giving fascinating history lessons and telling jokes the whole time. Impressive! He made it very inviting to respectfully relate to his beloved Scottish homeland. I think his greatest talent, though is winning hearts and keeping laughter in the air. Though we had little time in Scotland, it was a great day. Does the sun always shine in this country?
Here are a few scenic shots of the Scottish Highlands from our eventful journey...

...and here is the famous Loch Ness. I think I saw a ripple...

There's a stranger and he's standing by your door,
Might be your best friend,
Might be your brother,
You may never know...

Hey Alan, thanks for the lift...

IN IRELAND...

This is impressive...the other day standing upon the ancient Hill of Tara next to the Lia Fail, the legendary Stone of Destiny, significant to all ancient High Kings of Ireland...
...then, the very next day, an island's breadth away, to stand upon the Western cliffs overlooking the Atlantic Sea...it was quite a day with castles and kind people all along the way...
...more to come from the Emerald Isle as this is a truly lovely country...

FRIENDS AND LOVERS AT THE LIED...

Lincoln is blessed to have one of the finest performing arts venues in this part of the country... the famous Lied Center. It seems to be a favorite with fans, and artists who perform there love it. Realizing it was going to be a sell out, I was commissioned to do a little shoot recently when Boyz II Men were in town. I have to admit, I'm not a huge Boyz fan like most of the crowd who seemed to know every word to every song, but I did enjoy their Motown set a lot. The best part for me was seeing such a beautiful mix of local folks getting out, enjoying each other and the great spring weather...

Ok...on with the show...

Uh Oh...Do you see what I see?
I guess these boys will be Boyz...

JUST PEACHY...

Piorina Fernando is a true Asian beauty, with that tropical ease and one of the best nicknames ever...Peachy, a perfect fit. What can I say? Peachy is a stunner! She could get up in the middle of the night and be ready for a photo shoot. Not only that, she's what I call smooth, a joy to work with and amazingly photogenic. We did OK, no? Check out our little shoot together...

Sweet as a peach...

REMEMBER TO REMEMBER...

the Last Adam...
the Life giving Spirit...
the One who said, if I be lifted up...
and, for this reason I came...
Mission accomplished!
(talk about hate crimes!)
(talk about love!)
Messiah ben David
It's getting crazy down here,
about time to restore all things.
The Spirit and the Bride say, come.
Put me in, Coach...

DOWN UNDER...

It's beauty with a bite...
Same rules apply as on top...
Law of the coral jungle.
Everybody's gotta eat,
So, watch your step...
Or you could become someone's lunch.

Still, a nice place to visit...
and I'll be on my way,
Tom
