Dahlia and I recently took a tour of the new Cinnamon Life Hotel in Downtown (Fort area) Colombo, Sri Lanka. My how things have changed! Really impressive but Colombo is dramatically and noticeably different from the 'good old days'. We could have been in any modern big city hotel in Asia.
